This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free internet access and indoor pool. The staff always helps me with my needs. They even printed my boarding pass on my first stay. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The location was convenient for our events, but the

overall cleanliness left something to be desired. While the breakfast buffet was enjoyable and the staff were friendly, there were stains on the carpets and the shower hadn't been properly cleaned. A bit more attention to detail would go a long way.

I was surprised by the lack of cleanliness in the room. The bathroom door handle was missing, making it difficult to close the door. Additionally, the shades didn’t work properly and there was a horrible smell in the room. Housekeeping entered my room without permission despite the privacy door hanger being up.

I truly enjoyed my stay, as the hotel is just under 7 km from great spots like the Museum of American Bird Art and less than a 10-minute walk to Bertucci's for dinner, making my city strolls and park visits effortless and fun.

I had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express in Randolph. The spacious Standard King Room featured modern amenities, and the breakfast selection exceeded my expectations. Although waiting for the single toaster took time, the friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
